Easter Sunday Brunch at The Okura Prestige Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand (19 February 2015) Up & Above restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok celebrates Easter, one of the most important dates in the Christian calendar, with a special family Sunday Brunch on 5 April 2015.

The Easter Sunday Brunch, extended from 12 noon until 4:00 pm, is a real family occasion with an impressive selection of Thai and western dishes available at the extensive buffet and the added attraction of à la carte dishes cooked to order. This is a Brunch that is designed to appeal to families of all nationalities and all religious denominations.

The Brunch includes oysters on ice freshly shucked to order; Maine lobster, rock lobster, giant Alaskan king crab leg, clams, razor and green mussels; a live station of steamed prawns; salads and antipasti; a Japanese corner featuring sushi rolls, nigiri sushi with tuna, squid, prawn, sea snail and salmon, salmon and tuna sashimi, and temaki; a wide choice of cold dishes including marinated prawns, Wagyu beef tartar and smoked salmon; pastas and risottos; carving station with roast lamb and prime rib of beef; other main courses such as glazed pork belly, free range chicken and steamed sea bass, artisan cheeses and delicious desserts.

A la carte dishes cooked to order such as Maine lobster and jumbo river prawns are available as part of the inclusive price.

The Easter Brunch also focuses upon Thai flavours with such popular dishes as som tam (Thai papaya salad) Thai beef salad, spicy seafood salad, roast duck curry and spicy prawn soup.

Easter Sunday Brunch at Up & Above is priced at Baht 2,600++ per person including soft drinks and Baht 3,300++ per person including free flow selected wines, local beers and cocktails.
